Disability Hub MN is a free statewide resource network that helps people with disabilities solve problems, navigate the service system and plan for the future. Since launched by the Minnesota Department of Human Services in 2006, Disability Linkage Line has evolved to offer more tools and services so people with disabilities can get up-to-date information about community resources, including work, housing and benefits. More than 30,000 people used the service in 2016.
